Overview
The Department of Plastic Surgery at Wuxi No.2 People’s Hospital ( Jiangnan University Medical Center) is one of the qualified professional plastic and aesthetic surgery institutions in Wuxi. Founded in 2009, it is equipped with a standard integrated outpatient operating room and advanced devices including new generation water injection mesotherapy devices, liposuction machines, and power systems.
The department currently has 5 medical staff, including 1 chief physician, 2 associate chief physicians, 1 attending physician, and 1 nurse. All physicians have received advanced training at top domestic and international plastic surgery centers, including Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Peking University Third Hospital, and SK Plastic Surgery in South Korea. With a highly qualified team and state of the art aesthetic techniques, the department integrates Korean and Western plastic surgery expertise with Eastern aesthetic culture to provide reliable and trusted services for patients.

In the past three years, the department has presided over or participated in 3 provincial and municipal research projects and published 3 SCI papers. It offers the undergraduate elective course Wound Repair Technology and Advances in Plastic Surgery for Jiangnan University.
